Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) Injection via XSLT transforms. An attacker can access sensitive information from the host system by processing an XML file with a malicious DTD tag including ( ]>. All cases where org.hl7.fhir.publisher is used on a host where external clients can submit XML are impacted.
