Improper Input Validationcom.hazelcast:hazelcast is a clustering and highly scalable data distribution platform.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation via the client process. An attacker can read arbitrary memory from any cluster member, potentially access sensitive data, cause cluster members to crash, or corrupt memory contents, which may lead to remote code execution, by sending crafted requests from a low-privileged client.
** Notes: **
- Additional fixed versions are available for enterprise users in 5.6.1 / 5.5.10 / 5.4.5.
How to fix Improper Input Validation? Upgrade com.hazelcast:hazelcast to version 5.7.0 or higher.

Missing Authorizationcom.hazelcast:hazelcast is a clustering and highly scalable data distribution platform.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authorization in the MapPermission component, through the IMap Predicates API, permission checks in hazelcast/src/main/java/com/hazelcast/security/permission/MapPermission.java. An attacker can execute unauthorized map predicate, aggregate, or projection operations by sending requests that use those query paths without the corresponding permission bits being recognized. Because MapPermission did not include AGGREGATE and PROJECTION in its action mask or parse those action names, the security layer treated those operations as permitted under weaker map access rules. That lets a malicious client reach map query functionality it should not have, with the potential for arbitrary code execution on a Hazelcast member.
Notes
- Additional fixed versions are available for enterprise users in 5.6.1 / 5.5.10 / 5.4.5 with the missing action bits covered.
How to fix Missing Authorization? Upgrade com.hazelcast:hazelcast to version 5.7.0 or higher.

Insufficiently Protected Credentialscom.hazelcast:hazelcast is a clustering and highly scalable data distribution platform.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Insufficiently Protected Credentials via the ConfigXmlGenerator component due to improper password masking in the member configurations. Exploiting this vulnerability allows Hazelcast Management Center users to view members' secrets.
How to fix Insufficiently Protected Credentials? Upgrade com.hazelcast:hazelcast to version 5.1.6, 5.3.0 or higher.
