    XML External Entity (XXE) Injection

    Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) Injection via FopProducer in the FOP component. When an alternative JAXP TransformerFactory is on the classpath, an attacker can make the Camel process read files it can access or send requests to attacker-specified hosts by sending XSL-FO containing an external DTD or entity. This occurs while FopProducer transforms the message body; deployments using only the JDK’s built-in transformer are not affected.
