    apache-airflow-providers-apache-kafka is a Provider package apache-airflow-providers-apache-kafka for Apache Airflow

    Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Externally-Controlled Input to Select Classes or Code ('Unsafe Reflection') in the import_string function. An attacker can execute arbitrary code on the scheduler by supplying a crafted dotted-path string in the Kafka connection's extra field, which is resolved and invoked without restriction when Kafka event producer features are enabled.

    Note: This is only exploitable if either dag_run_events_enabled or task_instance_events_enabled is enabled in the deployment configuration, and the deployment is not using Google Managed Kafka.
