Use of Multiple Resources with Duplicate Identifier

jupyterhub is a JupyterHub: A multi-user server for Jupyter notebooks

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Multiple Resources with Duplicate Identifier via unescaped hyphen handling in OAuth client ID generation, which allows an authenticated user to collide with another user's named-server OAuth client. An attacker whose username contains a hyphen (e.g., alice-prod) can register a client ID that is identical to the one generated for a legitimate user's named server (e.g., user alice, server prod), overwriting that client. This breaks OAuth login for the targeted server and revokes its tokens when the attacker stops their own server.
