How to fix?

Upgrade AlmaLinux:8 httpd:2.4/mod_http2 to version 0:1.15.7-3.module_el8.5.0+2609+b30d9eec or higher.
This issue was patched in ALSA-2021:3816.

A crafted request uri-path can cause mod_proxy to forward the request to an origin server choosen by the remote user. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.48 and earlier.
