CVE-2023-54214 Affecting kernel-rt-debug-devel package, versions <0:4.18.0-553.166.1.rt7.507.el8_10

The vulnerable component is not bound to the network stack and the attacker's path is via read/write/execute capabilities.

A successful attack depends on conditions beyond the attacker's control.
