Upgrade AlmaLinux:8 mingw32-sqlite to version 0:3.26.0.0-1.el8 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALSA-2021:1968.

SQLite before 3.32.0 allows a virtual table to be renamed to the name of one of its shadow tables, related to alter.c and build.c.
