How to fix?

Upgrade AlmaLinux:8 ruby:2.5/rubygem-mysql2-doc to version 0:0.4.10-4.module_el8.5.0+259+8cec6917 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALSA-2021:2587.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream ruby:2.5/rubygem-mysql2-doc package and not the ruby:2.5/rubygem-mysql2-doc package as distributed by AlmaLinux. See How to fix? for AlmaLinux:8 relevant fixed versions and status.

An issue was discovered in Ruby 2.5.x through 2.5.7, 2.6.x through 2.6.5, and 2.7.0. If a victim calls BasicSocket#read_nonblock(requested_size, buffer, exception: false), the method resizes the buffer to fit the requested size, but no data is copied. Thus, the buffer string provides the previous value of the heap. This may expose possibly sensitive data from the interpreter.
