Upgrade AlmaLinux:8 squid:4/libecap to version 0:1.0.1-2.module_el8.6.0+3048+383bc947 or higher.

SQUID is vulnerable to HTTP request smuggling, caused by chunked decoder lenience, allows a remote attacker to perform Request/Response smuggling past firewall and frontend security systems.
