Upgrade AlmaLinux:9 golang-src to version 0:1.18.9-1.el9_1 or higher.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream golang-src package and not the golang-src package as distributed by AlmaLinux. See How to fix? for AlmaLinux:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

Reader.Read does not set a limit on the maximum size of file headers. A maliciously crafted archive could cause Read to allocate unbounded amounts of memory, potentially causing resource exhaustion or panics. After fix, Reader.Read limits the maximum size of header blocks to 1 MiB.
