How to fix?

Upgrade AlmaLinux:9 libtiff-devel to version 0:4.4.0-2.el9 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALSA-2022:8194.

Null source pointer passed as an argument to memcpy() function within TIFFFetchNormalTag () in tif_dirread.c in libtiff versions up to 4.3.0 could lead to Denial of Service via crafted TIFF file.
