Upgrade AlmaLinux:9 nodejs:18/nodejs-packaging to version 0:2021.06-4.module_el9.1.0+13+d9a595ea or higher.

Versions of the package semver before 7.5.2 are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) via the function new Range, when untrusted user data is provided as a range.
