How to fix?

Upgrade AlmaLinux:9 python3.12-PyMySQL to version 0:1.1.0-3.el9 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALSA-2024:9193.

PyMySQL through 1.1.0 allows SQL injection if used with untrusted JSON input because keys are not escaped by escape_dict.
