How to fix?

This issue was patched in ALSA-2025:4488.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream rubygem-pg package and not the rubygem-pg package as distributed by AlmaLinux. See How to fix? for AlmaLinux:9 relevant fixed versions and status.

In the URI gem before 1.0.3 for Ruby, the URI handling methods (URI.join, URI#merge, URI#+) have an inadvertent leakage of authentication credentials because userinfo is retained even after changing the host.
