Upgrade Alpine:3.24 pdns-recursor to version 5.4.4-r0 or higher.

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream pdns-recursor package and not the pdns-recursor package as distributed by Alpine. See How to fix? for Alpine:3.24 relevant fixed versions and status.

The issue is a DNSSEC validation bypass where wildcard expansion proofs (NSEC/NSEC3 records) are accepted without signature validation when the wildcard answer is a CNAME or DNAME record.
