How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 amazon-ssm-agent to version 0:3.3.4624.0-1.amzn2 or higher.

Previously, a revoked 'SignatureKey' belonging to a CA was not correctly checked for revocation. Now, both the 'key' and 'key.SignatureKey' are checked for @revoked.
