How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 bind-sdb to version 32:9.11.4-26.P2.amzn2.13 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2023-2001.

By flooding the target resolver with queries exploiting this flaw an attacker can significantly impair the resolver's performance, effectively denying legitimate clients access to the DNS resolution service.
