How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 expat-debuginfo to version 0:2.1.0-15.amzn2.0.2 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2022-1885.

In libexpat through 2.4.9, there is a use-after free caused by overeager destruction of a shared DTD in XML_ExternalEntityParserCreate in out-of-memory situations.
