Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 ImageMagick-debuginfo to version 0:6.9.10.68-3.amzn2.0.1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2020-1497.

ImageMagick 7.0.8-35 has a memory leak in coders/dot.c, as demonstrated by AcquireMagickMemory in MagickCore/memory.c.
