Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 libcurl-devel to version 0:8.3.0-1.amzn2.0.5 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2024-2385.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libcurl-devel package and not the libcurl-devel package as distributed by Amazon-Linux. See How to fix? for Amazon-Linux:2 relevant fixed versions and status.

When saving HSTS data to an excessively long file name, curl could end up removing all contents, making subsequent requests using that file unaware of the HSTS status they should otherwise use.
