Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 ncurses-debuginfo to version 0:6.0-8.20170212.amzn2.1.6 or higher.

There is a heap-based buffer over-read in the fmt_entry function in tinfo/comp_hash.c in the terminfo library in ncurses before 6.1-20191012.
