Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 nerdctl to version 0:2.1.5-1.amzn2.0.2 or higher.

The ParseAddress function constructs domain-literal address components through repeated string concatenation. When parsing large domain-literal components, this can cause excessive CPU consumption.
