How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 python3-tools to version 0:3.7.16-1.amzn2.0.2 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2023-1990.

An issue in the urllib.parse component of Python before 3.11.4 allows attackers to bypass blocklisting methods by supplying a URL that starts with blank characters.
