How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 python-libs to version 0:2.7.18-1.amzn2.0.5 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2022-1802.

In Python 3 through 3.9.0, the Lib/test/multibytecodec_support.py CJK codec tests call eval() on content retrieved via HTTP.
