Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 python-pillow-tk to version 0:2.0.0-23.gitd1c6db8.amzn2.0.4 or higher.

In Pillow before 8.1.0, PcxDecode has a buffer over-read when decoding a crafted PCX file because the user-supplied stride value is trusted for buffer calculations.
