Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2 thunderbird to version 0:68.8.0-1.amzn2 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2-2020-1429.

By encoding Unicode whitespace characters within the From email header, an attacker can spoof the sender email address that Thunderbird displays. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 68.8.0.
