NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream webkitgtk4-devel package and not the webkitgtk4-devel package as distributed by Amazon-Linux. See How to fix? for Amazon-Linux:2 relevant fixed versions and status.

In WebKitGTK before 2.32.4, there is incorrect memory allocation in WebCore::ImageBufferCairoImageSurfaceBackend::create, leading to a segmentation violation and application crash, a different vulnerability than CVE-2021-30889.
