Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 bash-doc to version 0:4.2.46-28.37.amzn1 or higher.

The expansion of '\h' in the prompt string in bash 4.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via shell metacharacters placed in 'hostname' of a machine.
