Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 curl-debuginfo to version 0:7.40.0-8.59.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2016-730.

curl and libcurl before 7.50.1 do not prevent TLS session resumption when the client certificate has changed, which allows remote attackers to bypass intended restrictions by resuming a session.
