How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 expat-debuginfo to version 0:2.1.0-10.21.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2016-775.

Expat allows context-dependent attackers to cause a denial of service (crash) or possibly execute arbitrary code via a malformed input document, which triggers a buffer overflow.
