Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 httpd24-tools to version 0:2.4.51-1.94.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2021-1543.

A crafted request uri-path can cause mod_proxy to forward the request to an origin server choosen by the remote user. This issue affects Apache HTTP Server 2.4.48 and earlier.
