Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 ImageMagick-c++ to version 0:6.7.8.9-13.19.amzn1 or higher.

The LABEL coder in ImageMagick before 6.9.3-10 and 7.x before 7.0.1-1 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via a crafted image.
