Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 kernel-debuginfo-common-i686 to version 0:4.14.114-82.97.amzn1 or higher.

A heap data infoleak in multiple locations including L2CAP_PARSE_CONF_RSP was found in the Linux kernel before 5.1-rc1.
