How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 libarchive-debuginfo to version 0:3.1.2-10.11.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2016-743.

The sandboxing code in libarchive 3.2.0 and earlier mishandles hardlink archive entries of non-zero data size, which might allow remote attackers to write to arbitrary files via a crafted archive file.
