How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 mod24_ssl to version 1:2.4.34-1.82.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2018-1062.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream mod24_ssl package and not the mod24_ssl package as distributed by Amazon-Linux. See How to fix? for Amazon-Linux:2018.03 relevant fixed versions and status.

By specially crafting HTTP requests, the mod_md challenge handler would dereference a NULL pointer and cause the child process to segfault. This could be used to DoS the server. Fixed in Apache HTTP Server 2.4.34 (Affected 2.4.33).
