How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 openssh-debuginfo to version 0:6.2p2-8.41.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2014-369.

The verify_host_key function in sshconnect.c in the client in OpenSSH 6.6 and earlier allows remote servers to trigger the skipping of SSHFP DNS RR checking by presenting an unacceptable HostCertificate.
