Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 puppet-server to version 0:2.6.6-3.2.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2011-11.

Puppet 2.7.x before 2.7.5, 2.6.x before 2.6.11, and 0.25.x allows local users to overwrite arbitrary files via a symlink attack on the .k5login file.
