How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2018.03 python27 to version 0:2.7.18-2.142.amzn1 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS-2022-1593.

In Python 3 through 3.9.0, the Lib/test/multibytecodec_support.py CJK codec tests call eval() on content retrieved via HTTP.
