How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 amazon-ecr-credential-helper to version 0:0.10.1-2.amzn2023 or higher.

Calling Verify with a VerifyOptions.KeyUsages that contains ExtKeyUsageAny unintentionally disabledpolicy validation. This only affected certificate chains which contain policy graphs, which are rather uncommon.
