Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 avahi-compat-libdns_sd to version 0:0.8-14.amzn2023.0.10 or higher.

A vulnerability was found in the avahi library. This flaw allows an unprivileged user to make a dbus call, causing the avahi daemon to crash.
