How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 containerd-debuginfo to version 0:2.0.5-1.amzn2023.0.2 or higher.
This issue was patched in ALAS2023-2025-1077.

Calling Verify with a VerifyOptions.KeyUsages that contains ExtKeyUsageAny unintentionally disabledpolicy validation. This only affected certificate chains which contain policy graphs, which are rather uncommon.
