Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 ecs-init to version 0:1.101.0-1.amzn2023 or higher.

The ParseAddress function constructs domain-literal address components through repeated string concatenation. When parsing large domain-literal components, this can cause excessive CPU consumption.
