How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 libzstd-debuginfo to version 0:1.5.2-1.amzn2023.0.3 or higher.

A vulnerability was found in zstd v1.4.10, where an attacker can supply empty string as an argument to the command line tool to cause buffer overrun.
