How to fix?

Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 nerdctl to version 0:2.1.2-1.amzn2023.0.1 or higher.

Calling Verify with a VerifyOptions.KeyUsages that contains ExtKeyUsageAny unintentionally disabledpolicy validation. This only affected certificate chains which contain policy graphs, which are rather uncommon.
