Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 python3.14-freethreading-test to version 0:3.14.6-1.amzn2023.0.2 or higher.

When using the "tarfile" module with a file opened in "streaming mode" (mode="r|") the tarfile module did not properly handle EOF, making archive parsing take exponentially longer.
