Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 python3-pillow-debuginfo to version 0:9.4.0-2.amzn2023.0.6 or higher.

In _imagingcms.c in Pillow before 10.3.0, a buffer overflow exists because strcpy is used instead of strncpy.
