How to fix?

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream sqlite-doc package and not the sqlite-doc package as distributed by Amazon-Linux. See How to fix? for Amazon-Linux:2023 relevant fixed versions and status.

SQLite through 3.40.0, when relying on --safe for execution of an untrusted CLI script, does not properly implement the azProhibitedFunctions protection mechanism, and instead allows UDF functions such as WRITEFILE.
