Upgrade Amazon-Linux:2023 squid to version 7:5.8-1.amzn2023.0.2 or higher.

SQUID is vulnerable to HTTP request smuggling, caused by chunked decoder lenience, allows a remote attacker to perform Request/Response smuggling past firewall and frontend security systems.
