NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream vim-minimal-debuginfo package and not the vim-minimal-debuginfo package as distributed by Amazon-Linux. See How to fix? for Amazon-Linux:2023 relevant fixed versions and status.

Vim before 9.2.0272 allows code execution that happens immediately upon opening a crafted file in the default configuration, because %{expr} injection occurs with tabpanel lacking P_MLE.
